Arrivals: we provide Meet & Greet service for arrivals both to Rome Fiumicino airport and Rome Ciampino airport. Our representative will be meet you at arrivals hall, holding a clipboard with your name on it.

In case of flight delay you don't have to worry at all. We will check your flight arrival time to update your pickup in case of flight delay, waiting for you during 1 hour starting from landing time.

If you need to be picked up at a diferent time, because for instance you need to meet another passenger coming with a different flight, please indicate your requested pickup time and the driver will show when required.

You will find additional details of your transfer, meeting instructions and the phone number of our 24 hours helpline in Rome, in the confirmation voucher that you will receive once completed your reservation.

Departures from Rome to Fiumicino or Ciampino airport: We will pick you up at the indicated private address or at the hotel reception and we will take you to the airport with a comfortable private transfer.

For Hotel pickup, the driver will show at reception desk. Please inform the receptionist that you are waiting for a private transfer.
